Dear guests, welcome to the Simicev, a family with a 40-year-old
renting tradition guaranteeing quality and first-rate service. Our
house is in one of the most beautiful towns on the Medditerranean,
and here you will always be greeted with a smile and feel welcome
alongside kind hosts.
Apartments of the family Simicev is situated on one of the most
beautiful sites in the town of Zadar (Borik-Puntamika), towards west
about 3000 metres away from the old town - centre.
Each apartment has air-conditioned and satellite TV and have the
option to use the wireless Internet. Of course, free parking for
your vehicle is ensured as well as the use of barbecue in case you
wish to try your hand at making grilled Dalmatian specialties.
We can arrange your arrival from the airport.
Gladly we will meet you at the airport or bus station.
We are located only 7-8 minutes (by bus or car) from downtown.
